Description	:	This started as a practice piece for me to work on my faces, hair and NMM. I liked the results so much that I decided to go ahead and finish off the mini. My thanks go out to Mayne Thiele for his tutorials on NMM. -This mini was painted with all Vallejo paints

I love the bright colors, and I really like the base. It's a very good effort at the NMM, although I do think it could use some highlighting (just an opinion). I like the face most of all. The contrast is good, I can see the definition very clearly, and the paint is really smooth.

The face is great, very expressive. It looks like the area under his left eye has the shade tone down too far on his cheek though. I like your color choices.

I really like your color choices for this sculpt. The blond hair is well rendered and the blending on the inside of the cloak is very smooth.

Very nice colors...Axe is very well done...though the blade looks stone like...usually a problem when you put to much light gray up against dark gray and not enough gradiant... The metal and leather need to be slightly different in color so you can tell which is which...also the same can be said of the fur and the eagle.

The best part is the face imho :) excellent work, very expressive. The color choice for the NMM is good, but I think you should go all the way up to white.

Face and hair are nice, and I like the fur. The bird could use a bit more attention to allow it to stand out more, and the armor could benefit from more shading and darklining.
