Dark Elf Sorceress

Dark Elf Sorceress
Description : Fun to paint, couldn't decide if I wanted to stop with the cloak or keep going, finally decided to go for simplicity instead of going crazy with it. This was the first mini that I actually figured out how much thinner and water to add to paint. So things finally are much smoother. Also, think I am going to change from Valejio to the new reaper master paints, because a few of the reapers don't seem to match up very well (purples). The headress was a pain, but I think it came out okay in the end.

Your skintones have turned out very nice. The metal shading transitions look good but a bit on the grey side - not wholey convincing as metal. The horns look really nice. Overall a very clean model.

cheers,

-Mike

Very nice skin and I think the staff is the best part of the model. I know you went for simplicity, but I think the cloak needs a bit more. The bottom part and the 'spikes' are just screaming for contrast.

Gotta agree about the cloak spikes... but other than that an all around good job.
