Celtos Eriu Champion with Greatsword by Astonia

Celtos Eriu Champion with Greatsword by Astonia
Description : This is my first I-Kore mini, but it's certainley not the last! I tried painting the sword SE-NMM, just because I hadn't tried it before, and the Celtos' weapons are really great to practice on. I used GW Shadow Grey mixed with VMC German Grey for the basecoat of the upper part and highlighted with GW Space Wolves Grey and Skull White. The lower part was painted using different greys and then browns, but I had to redo it so many times I can't really tell you how I did it...Anyways, I'm really pleased with her skin, where I used layer upon layer of GW Tanned, Bronzed and Elf Flesh and VMC Light Flesh. Hope you like her :)

Looks good, the sword is nice! It's kind of hard to see any highlights on the leather parts in this picture, but I like the tone you used. The highlights on her right leg seem misplaced though, and a little rough. The rest of the skin is indeed quite nice though. Great basework.

I am not sure if you captured the SE-NMM on the sword. It isn't quite convincing. The figure looks very sylized and clean. Basing is interesting.

Great skintones, very real look on them...
The Sword looks good for me, and the base it's superb. Great work.

I would have to agree - Sword looks stellar. And I like the eyebrows for some reason.
