Converted Thousand Sons Sorcerer - by Brian Collazo (iPAINTminis)

Description	:	Well here's the first real display piece I've done in quite some time. I've been kind of on the silent end of things lately with larger, not as high quality projects. Basically I wanted to try a new formula for a paler gold NMM that I'd been working on so I thought a Thousand Sons piece would be a good test. Not to mention I've been really wanting to try some jewel affects on something other than an oval jewel. Over all I'm pretty pleased with the results. The Gold NMM is a formula of Leaprus Brown as a base coat, then progressily adding Desert Yellow to the mix until reaching Pure White. The base is the weak spot. My wife decided to pick the guy up and look at him before the resin (oily black spot in the middle) had cured completely.
