The hair and beard were painted with a mixture of browns I was hoping to capture the effect of sunshine and VO5.Base is bark, beach sand,a few scraps from my pet rubber plant. couple of cork rocks, bristles from a couple of old paint brushes. static grass and lots of pva glue. Lovely work. You have created a miniature with a lot of atmosphere. Great work on the freehand and the nmm (maybe a spot highlight with pure white would make it even better). The blending on the robes looks a little rough though.

Really nice work work, the freehand is outstandingly done. The design just fits the mini so perfectly. I'm not to crazy about the NMM steel on the sword but the NMM gold is great.
