This is my silver demon winning 40k entry, at gdla. I have in the upwards of 50 hours on him, lots of freehand, some of which you cant see well due to the pic. Check my album for back pics. Im pretty happy with him,i just thought id post it and see how everyone likes it:-]

Fantastic Mini, I love the overall look of this. One question, if you don't mind, what colours did you use on his armour?

Absolutely beautiful work on the standard and the cape. Congrats on the Silver, very nice job.

I did the armour in vermin brown, then highlighted up by adding vomit brown in small bits. And then finaly white was added. As for the freehand, it is a mix of white and yellow, then highlighted with white. And thanks, im glad you guys like it.

Well, I do feel a bit stupid for critizising a demon winning miniatures (congratulations btw.) but I think this just too much freehand and looks a bit overloaded. In terms of technique this is a superb mini though :)
