I had originally painted this one for the Wyrd-Games Femme Fatale contest, but made a few modifications after the deadline for entries.
With this one, I was trying to go with a different color palette than I would normally use (which is mostly earthtones), so vivid green and indigo were my primary color choices. I added a bit of yellow to the poofy sleeve, but have been told that this really detracts from the mini. Something about it just doesn't seem right.
I'm pretty happy with how most of this came out...particularly the greens and the NMM on the sword. The flesh could use a bit of work in spots, and the crystal thing is a bit stark.
It's becoming readily apparent to me that basing is really becoming the weakest part of my figures, so I'm hoping to improve on that over the next few entries.

I love this mini. I like a lot the contrast blu-green, less the yellow-black shoulderpad as well as the hair. Nice looking base with the brown dry leaves. Good job

I think the bright yellow shoulder part draws attention away from the face, but I love the NMM on the blade and your greens are excellent.
good job.

Flynn, the NMMs and the blending on the cloaks are great. The gem needs some blending and the blonde hair needs more contrast in that the underside needs to be a darker yellow. Same with yellow sleeve. The base just looks too symmetrical. Did she just cast cirle of leaves? Still, beautiful job.
