Chaos Barbarian

Chaos Barbarian
Description : I finished this one shortly before the GErman Games Day and entered it in Fantasy single, made first cut but was not GW enough to place. mkay. It is my first ever scratchbuilt mini. It's been made of duro for the organic parts and tamiya quick type for the sharp edged things like sword/shield/belt and the skin of the cloak for a stable but thin finish. painted with GW colors, just used vallejos for the green clothing. The snow is made of white glue+baking soda with microballs on top.

WOW! I really like the sculpt (that sword is fantastic!) and the skintones are very nice and smooth.

Beautiful sculpt, and an excellent paint job. If I had to criticize, the left deltoid looks the same color as the right tricep. Still beautiful piece. Baking soda is Bicarbonate of Soda or Sodium Bicarbonate.

So now you're a double threat, painting AND sculpting! Super job all around. The skin looks great, love the loin cloth and the worn weapons. Just not much that I see to criticize here, other than you haven't given us a back view to drool over.
