This is a little diorama I put together for the Iron Painter's Round 4 over at Wyrd-games.net. The theme was rage or anger, and after much thought, I figured that this might upset the mighty Imperial Commander.
He was basecoated black and painted mostly with Vallejo Game Color, with the exception of his overcoat which was painted using Vallejo Model Color. I like it's coverage for large flat areas. I did a lot of subtle blendings on his details and had to re black line many times. On the gobbo, I did VGC scorpy green over sick green and then used some scorpy green mixed with some VMC transparent yellow to make a glaze for the highlights. If anyone recognizes the miniature for the gobbo and when it was made, please let me know. He was an extra in a lot of Blood Bowl figures from Ebay, and I don't know his history. There are extra photos in my Painter's album. Thanks and feel free to comment.

I absolutley love humour in miniatures, and your piece certainly has that! Creeds face is very well painted, and you have captured the character, and also the anger he is feeling exeptionally well! If you ever find out where that goblin is from then please let me know as I want one! Very nice piece, thanks for sharing it!

In the contest, I said the commander set his helmet down to relieve himself and this is what he found when he returned.
