Inquisitor Solomon Lok by OrkyDave

Inquisitor Solomon Lok by OrkyDave
Description : This is my version of the Forgeworld model Inquisitor Lok, I really pushed myself with this one and am pleased with the results (well most of them anyway!)
For the coat I started with Chaos black, then added increasing ammounts of Scab red until it was pure scab red. Then a 50/50 mix of scab red and khaki and a final highlight of pure khaki in the most prominent edges. I personally feel the sword could use more work as it is not entireley the effect I was after, but was my 4th attempt at it and there comes a point when you just have to say its done!
The base is my most elaborate to date and was not as difficult as I imagined (the sewer outlet was actually cut from a toilet seat when I fitted it!) the slome is Pva glue, caand camo green, then glazed with green ink.

Really nice job blending the muted colors on this super detailed mini. Excellent job on the base as well.
