Wizard by Orctrader

Description	:	The miniature, from Goodman Games “Dungeon Crawl Classics” had an integral base so that had to come off first and steel pins glued into the feet. I made the “dungeon floor” base with green stuff and painted it before the mini for ease. A VMC dark grey with lighter greys added. Final dry brush with Ivory. Painted the pentagram in Ivory and highlighted with skull white. The blue was Derivan Prussian Blue, added successive amounts of ivory to lighten. The green was Coat d’ Arms dark green, then VGC Sick green, goblin green and a little yellow for final highlights. For the gold, Snakebite Leather with sunburst yellow added. The pages of the open book was quite fiddly, but I managed. A really nice figure to paint and I’m happy with the result.

Really nice job overall. I don't know if he is supposed to have possessed eyes, or just bad photo angle. I like the colors.

Thanks :) Possessed eyes? - Nope. They are sculpted as closed so it's painted eyelids you see ;)
