Friar Stone The Traveling Monk


It was a lot of fun to paint him. I had to buy him due i like this mini from the first time i saw him. This monk is sculpted by Tre Manor. Only saw Miniatures from him on the Reaper homepage, but for them he sculpted a few nice Miniatures. Hope you like it. Comments are wellcome.

There's a lot of character in this sculpt, and you've accentuated it wonderfully with your paint. I really like the shading and contrast you've achieved in particular, and the face is great. Nice texturing on the wood of the weapon, also. You've used a lot of colours, but managed them in so they don't look busy or overdone.
