Did this one for fun after a bunch of 40k. I tried to start high and then shade rather than highlight from a mid-tone. The freehand work was heavily "hemmed in" by the border color after the initial draw, since the first pass wasn't very precise.

The warm skin tones contrasted against the red and black work realy nicely. I like that the tattoois partially covered, a lot of times we paint tattoos so they show completely, but people wouldn't always wear clothes that show off their tats. ;-> I think the black and hair would benefit from a bit more highlighting.
