Ulthwe Stealth Falcon

Description	:	Haven't stopped by here for a long time, same goes for painting... This is a repaint of an old Games Workshop 2nd edition Falcon Grav Tank model (a beautiful model). I wanted to paint it as a stealth craft, hence no bright colours, only black, dark grey and few blue details (buttons, laser sightings). I wanted to keep the design simple, streamlined and stealthy - I think I succeeded with that. Painting (all Citadel paints): Black - Chaos Black (CB) base, edge highlight 2:1 CB and Ghost Grey (GG) around each plate, thin 1:1 highlight for the top edges. Grey - 1:1 CB+GG base, CB wash, 1:1 cover-up, 3 highlights (the black wash was a mistake, totally pointless... maybe should have done a 3:2 CB+GG wash instead. Blue - Midnight Blue base (on CB), Ultramarines Blue (UB) highlight, 2:1 and 3:2 UB+GG highlights on display screens.
