The Duel

The Duel "choose your weapon"
Description : OOps forgot my description again. This is a standard terminator that I have converted to look a bit more active. I repositioned the arms using greenstuff for the corrugated tubing. I cut off the right leg cut a piece out behind the knee, bent the knee and repositioned the leg. I also repositioned the foot, also sculpted a doc martin sole. The snotlin originally had a knife behind his back I turned it into a banana with green stuff, then I sculpted another banana for the termi to slip on. Nothing remarkable to say about the paint job although I am quite pleased with how the wolf on the shoulder pad turned out. I blew the thumbnail up to A4 and it still held good. Another wolf on the shin pad and out of the picture a wolf claw on his left hand. Base is storebought. This is the second figure in a series of comic vignettes i am attempting. Hope you find it amusing.. see him on www.coolminiornot.com/89242 Richard[aftermath]

Howdy - Well it is funny - lol. I really dig the freehand wolves. Very nice. The shading on the helmet and other areas is not up to your usual standard though. Hope you are having fun in the south of france! peace

It looks a bit grainy and way too clean for the 40k universe. I really love the banana and the gretchin. I miss some of the 2nd edition 40K rules where the little guys could actually get lucky and kill the bada**es. Nice bit of orky fun.

The concept for this piece is good. I like the idea of Gretchins running around the battlefields of 40K playing practical jokes on people and generaally being a nuisance.

The paint looks a bit thick on certain areas (the helmet most noticeably).

But the freehand wolves look superb.
